I've coached business owners on leadership and growth for 11 years. Systems leverage your team. I leverage you, so the company runs without you and is worth more when it does.

I worked more than five years without a vacation or a sick day. I thought that was what success looked like. It took me somewhere dark.

In 2019 my son was diagnosed with stage IV cancer. For a long stretch I could work one day a week. He won his battle, and in the process he taught me how to win mine. I stopped working for accolades and starting working for my time.
 

You don't learn how much your time is worth until something takes it. Don't wait for that moment to find out.

Next Crest is me and a set of AI agents. I don't have a team, on purpose. I practice the leverage I coach: the routine work runs without me so my time goes to owners. Some will find that modern, I find it practical. I'm a business owner just like you. I value my time just like you. I have to make decisions just like you. But until an AI agent can drive your trucks (hopefully not anytime soon), I'll help you do it your way.
