For most, it feels like building the airplane at 30,000 feet. The team, the revenue, and the profit are all going full steam ahead, but none of it is growing. Our identity as a leader, business person, entrepreneur and human being must evolve into a self that we have not met yet. 

My approach to coaching is straight forward, focuses on the root of the challenge & escalates transformation. I believe that kindness is communicating the truth before you navigate the feelings around the truth. Both are important and neither can be skipped. That is how I work.
