I have been coaching high level professionals for over a decade. I had a 15 year corporate career prior to that.

I consider myself a practitioner of the work. Having endured life & business ups & downs first hand makes for key points of reference that I find helpful in effective coaching. My most challenging period in business required me to navigate building a coaching company while helping my son beat cancer. Both were achieved & many, many lessons were learned.

My approach to coaching is straight forward, focuses on the root of the challenge & escalates transformation. Experience is important, but I am also pursuing my Master Coaching Certification currently.

Speaking / Training
Some don't require a 6 month commitment & just want a few hours. This is for you. Strategy days are in-person, deep dives into your life & business. We identify a couple of objectives & hit those targets within a few hours.
Strategy Day
I am very selective as to who can join my mastermind. The community is the most powerful element of the group. We follow a mastermind structure, but add time for Q&A, live coaching & situational round tables. Application required.
